~ Exchanges & Returns ~

TheShoeMpire Return and Exchange Policy apply only to online purchases made through www.shoempire2.wix.com/shoempire.



All sales items marked as "Sale" are final. These "Final Sale" items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.



For all other items, to qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, merchandise and items must be returned unworn and unwashed, accompanied by the invoice.



Reason of misfit or change of mind is not accepted for exchange refund or credit.



Returns are accepted within 14 days from shipped date. If any item, other than "Final Sale" items, purchased at www.shoempire2.wix.com/shoempire falls into any of the following conditions, it may be returned to ShoeMpire by mail.



Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:

- There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration.

- Wrong merchandise size shipped.

 

Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to shoempire2@gmail.com including snapshots of the "defective" item for us to determine the severity of defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.



Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.



ShoeMpire strongly encourages a delivery service with tracking capability or a “Certificate of Posting” and will otherwise not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. ShoeMpire will only bear the “normal postage” for returns.



For items that are deemed defected by ShoeMpire, we will exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, ShoeMpire strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.

ShoeMpire reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to ShoeMpire without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
